Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
Built properly. Backed properly. No shortcuts.
At RampLab, we build ramps to be ridden hard and last — not to be returned after a session.
Because of the size, nature, and use of our products, our returns policy is strict, fair, and aligned with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
This includes:
- Ordering the wrong product or size
- Change of plans or project
- No longer wanting the item
- Finding a cheaper option elsewhere
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All custom-built or made-to-order ramps are non-refundable.
Once production has started, your order cannot be cancelled or returned.
