Inherent Risk

By purchasing and using any RampLab product, you acknowledge and understand that:

Skateboarding, scootering, BMX riding, and similar action sports are inherently dangerous activities.

These activities carry real risks, including:

  • Serious injury
  • Permanent disability
  • Death
  • Property damage

These risks are increased when using ramps, including:

  • Quarter pipes
  • Halfpipes
  • Launch ramps
  • Grind boxes
  • Any elevated or transition structure

Assumption of Risk

By using RampLab products, you agree that:

  • You are voluntarily participating in these activities
  • You accept all risks involved, whether known or unknown
  • You take full responsibility for your actions and outcomes

This includes risks arising from:

  • Falls, collisions, and failed tricks
  • Equipment misuse
  • Other riders or users

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Using the product safely
  • Supervising minors
  • Ensuring the ramp is properly assembled and secured
  • Using appropriate protective equipment

RampLab products are designed for competent and responsible use only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RampLab is not liable for any:

  • Injury or death
  • Loss or damage to property
  • Indirect or consequential loss

arising from:

  • Use of our products
  • Participation in any action sports activities
  • Incorrect assembly or installation
  • Misuse or modification of products

Release & Indemnity

By purchasing and/or using RampLab products, you agree to:

  • Release RampLab and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising from use of our products
  • Indemnify RampLab against any claims, damages, or costs resulting from your use or misuse of our products

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
