RampLab ramps aren’t small parcels — they’re serious builds.
That means shipping is handled differently to standard online products.

Shipping Overview

We deliver Australia-wide using a mix of:

  • Courier services (smaller items)
  • Freight carriers (larger ramps and kits)

Shipping is calculated based on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Delivery location
  • Access to site

Shipping Costs

Due to the size of our products:

  • Shipping is not free (even if bundled into pricing)
  • Costs vary depending on location and product type
  • Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout or confirmed after purchase

For large or custom ramps, we may:

  • Provide a custom freight quote, or
  • Contact you to confirm delivery details before dispatch

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard items: 5–10 business days
  • Large freight items: 7–21 business days
  • Custom builds: Timeframes provided at time of order

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Location (metro vs regional)
  • Freight network delays
  • Production timelines

Freight Deliveries (Large Items)

For larger ramps:

  • Delivery is typically kerbside only
  • You may need assistance to unload
  • A forklift or extra help may be required depending on size

RampLab does not provide installation or placement services unless agreed in writing.

Access Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Safe and clear delivery access
  • Suitable unloading conditions
  • Someone is available to receive the delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to site access issues:

  • Additional delivery charges may apply
  • Re-delivery fees will be charged to the customer

Delivery Inspection (Critical)

You must:

  • Inspect all items before signing
  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt
  • Take photos immediately

Failure to do so may void your ability to claim for damage.

Missed Deliveries

If you:

  • Are not present
  • Cannot accept delivery
  • Do not respond to carrier contact

You may incur:

  • Storage fees
  • Re-delivery charges

Remote & Regional Deliveries

For remote areas:

  • Additional freight charges may apply
  • Delivery times may be extended
  • Depot collection may be required in some cases

Order Processing

Orders are processed:

  • Within 2–5 business days for standard items
  • Longer for custom or made-to-order ramps

You will receive tracking details once dispatched.

Ownership & Risk

Once your order is delivered and signed for:

  • Responsibility transfers to you
  • You confirm goods were received in acceptable condition
